
Meet Yoga Court
I’ve been studying and practicing yoga and its traditions for 14 years and it still has the ability to surprise me, nourish me and teach me new things about myself.
I started practicing yoga for fitness but stayed for the headspace it gave me. The tools i've learnt on the mat have helped me manage day to day stresses, but have helped me move through some bigger life traumas too
In 2020 I took the step to become qualified as a yoga teacher and feel very fortunate to be able to share all that I’ve learned with you. Since then I've also taken further training in Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-informed Yoga and the nervous system. My classes are supportive, inclusive and above all fun! Hopefully my class will give you a little bit of playtime and relaxation whilst also showing you yoga really is for everyone and doesn't need to involve lots of gymnast style complicated movements. My classes will give you some precious down time to recharge and refresh so you feel ready to take on the world. Why not book onto a session to press pause and plug into you?
