Service Description

What to expect Join me for a gentle class which will focus on moving and energising the body to help you press pause and plug into you. We start with seated or supine (lying down) postures to help us gently stretch and arrive before easing into standing postures to awaken the body and energise you for the day. We finish the class with a couple minutes of quiet before you head into your day. The class is in person at Earls Barton Recreation ground. I will be there in all weathers and will only cancel if I feel the weather conditions would not be safe to practice (eg storms, high winds or lightening). I will not be playing music so we can enjoy the sounds of the village and nature Who is this class for? This class is open to all and options will be provided to meet any health needs/medical conditions/pregnancy or differing energy levels. Due to the physical demands of this class you must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted to take part. If this is not you but you still want a bit of Yoga in your week than check out my Chair Yoga class. Drop me a message if you have any questions or concerns you’d like to chat through What you need? Please bring an exercise or Yoga mat, and you may wish to bring some layers for the relaxation at the end.
